Google is going to change its sign in page for all platforms. According the the Google Post, the new sign in page page will be consistent across PCs, Mobiles and Tablets. Signing in will be faster than the current and page design will be cleaner and simple in looks.
If you are using old browser or have disabled JavaScript, you will not be able to see the new sign-in page. Else whenever you access a Google App or any of Google products on any browser which is updated one, you will be able to see the new sign-in page.
Only the sign-in page design and faster login will be made. Rest the steps to sign-in will remain same and security will be as secure as they offer.
Just wait for few weeks and let Google do some live testing and you will get see a new sign-in page

The new Google Sign In is live now. Here is the new look on Firefox Browser:
The new Google sign in page is having option to sign in via email or phone number. Beneath the input box there is More Options when it is clicked you get 3 options:
Forget Email
Create Account
Not your device?
Choose any option as you want to or Click on NEXT button to input your password in the next screen.
If your forget your password use Forget Password, if not click on NEXT and you will safely login to your account. But if you want to choose any other account, you can change your account by clicking on drop down arrow next to your email id. You will be taken back to use another account.
